The scope of work included renovations and an addition to the existing two-storey wood framed, concrete T-slab structure. There were no new interior finishes, only exterior finishes and interior electrical and HVAC work.

This project involves the development of 14 new townhouse units and an office space at 835 Gorham Street, Newmarket, Ontario. The total area is approximately 16,100 sq. ft., and construction is expected to take 12 months.
