Blue Door Developments Affordable Housing

This project involves the development of 14 new townhouse units and an office space at 835 Gorham Street, Newmarket, Ontario. The total area is approximately 16,100 sq. ft., and construction is expected to take 12 months. The development will include shared common spaces designed to foster community living.
